About
I’m a therapist in Austin, Texas. My approach is rooted in the relational psychodynamic tradition, attachment theory, and relational neuroscience (interpersonal neurobiology). I like to work experientially, using information from the body, imagery, metaphors, and dreams. I received training in experiential, interpersonal neurobiology-informed work as an associate at IPNB Psychotherapy of Austin and am a member of a weekly modern psychoanalytic training group for therapists. I have a particular interest in working with relational and existential concerns.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was a student of philosophy and, later, a technical writer and copy editor.
If you’re interested in learning more about what I’ve shared here and how it might inform my work with you, or if you just think we might be a good fit and are interested in working together, call or email me to schedule a free 30-minute phone consultation.
